HUMAN RESOURCES GENERAL MANAGER

Requirement:

University degree, max 45 years old
Min. 8 years experience in Human Resources area, preferably in manufacturing /Retail industry/ Plantation with 5 years in managerial position
Experience in Strategic Planning and Regulation of Human Resources
Experience in Set Up, Implement and Develop HR Strategic and Program
Knowledge of Human Resources Information System
Must have a good command of English both oral and written
Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all level of business
Must be energic and innovative
Has leadership skill with ability to motivate teams achieve performance objectives
